About Me
Community-centered storyteller, emerging Latinx leader, and data-driven social media strategist based in Vancouver, WA.
Who I Am
I'm an emerging community leader and dual-degree graduate in Human Development and Digital Technology & Culture from Washington State University Vancouver. My work sits at the intersection of storytelling, data, and advocacy — using digital tools to amplify voices that often go unheard.
I've spent the last three years building meaningful experience across nonprofits, local government, student government, and industry associations. Whether I'm managing a social media campaign for a contractors' association, designing community engagement activities for a land use planning project, or mentoring youth at the Boys & Girls Club, I bring the same intentionality: listen deeply, communicate clearly, and measure what matters.
My Approach
Great social media isn't just about posting consistently — it's about understanding your audience, finding the stories that resonate, and building infrastructure that scales. I'm as comfortable writing copy as I am analyzing reach data and making strategic pivots based on what the numbers tell me.
I'm also deeply committed to equitable communication. My work with Fourth Plain Forward taught me how to design inclusive community engagement processes — gathering meaningful input from communities of color and translating that into policy-ready recommendations. That community-centered lens shapes everything I do.
Beyond the Work
I'm proud to be a first-generation college student, a Hispanic Scholarship Fund Scholar, and a two-time CAHNRS DEI award nominee. I served as Vice President of MEChA at WSU Vancouver, where I coordinated cultural events and built resources for underrepresented students. I also served as an Adobe Student Ambassador, helping peer organizations integrate creative tools into their workflows.
Outside of work, you'll probably find me gaming (yes, I ran a Pokémon Club — and grew it to the largest membership of any active club on campus), exploring the Pacific Northwest, or learning something new about community organizing.
