Overview
The SWCA Holiday Party is an annual fundraising event hosted by the Southwest Washington Contractors Association. The 2025 campaign was designed to drive registrations and reinforce the event's mission — raising funds for the youth programs and workforce development initiatives SWCA supports throughout the community.
The campaign ran across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn throughout November 2025, targeting both current SWCA members and prospective members in the Southwest Washington construction and contracting community.

Strategy & Execution
A content calendar was built to cover the full arc of the event — from early awareness through the final registration push and event-day coverage. Content pillars included sponsorship shoutouts, last-day-to-register reminders, previews of live auction items, entertainment announcements, and spotlights on the programs SWCA's fundraising supports.
The creative approach was rooted in impact: rather than simply promoting an event, the campaign consistently tied the party back to its purpose — the positive difference SWCA's youth and workforce programs make in the community. This mission-driven framing gave the campaign a stronger emotional hook and a clearer reason for audiences to engage and register.
